1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Tatak platform ("Service"), operated by Tatak Entertainment Technologies Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including buyers, sellers, and visitors. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.
2. User Agreement
By registering for an account, you agree to:

- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3. Escrow Service Terms
Our escrow service is designed to protect both buyers and sellers:
- Payment is held in escrow until transaction completion
- Buyers must confirm receipt within 7 days of delivery
- Sellers must ship items within the agreed timeframe
- Disputes must be raised before escrow release
- Platform fees are deducted upon escrow release
4. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from:
- Selling counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items
- Circumventing the escrow system
- Engaging in fraud or misrepresentation
- Harassing other users
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tatak Entertainment Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Use or inability to use the Service
- Unauthorized access to your account
- Actions of other users
- Any transaction disputes between users
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
